Binance Launchpool Rocks With Xai (XAI) – The 43rd Blockbuster Project

Binance Launchpool officially kicks off the first sale of 2024 featuring Xai, a layer 3 gaming-focused project. What exactly is Xai?

What Is Xai?

Xai is a layer 3 blockchain, built on top of the Arbitrum network. The Xai team is working to develop a layer 3 blockchain dedicated to the gaming industry, with the aim of providing a smooth and easy gaming experience on the blockchain for users. At the same time, attracting traditional gamers to join Xai.

According to the project, the Xai team is currently developing four initial titles to be released on the Xai network, including Final Form – a card game, LAMOverse – an action game, Tarochi Game – an RPG game, and Web3 Warriors – a survival game.

Xai Blockchain

The Xai blockchain is a layer 3 blockchain and went live on January 9, 2024. It’s one of the pioneering layer 3 projects catering to the gaming community. Optimized for gaming, the Xai blockchain offers a suitable environment for developers intending to build game products on Arbitrum.

Before its mainnet launch, Xai’s testnet boasted relatively stable figures, averaging around 4 million transactions per day and hosting over 500,000 wallets on the network. Additionally, the Xai blockchain allows users to employ XAI tokens as gas fees for transactions, similar to various sidechain models.

Xai Sentry Node

The Xai Sentry Node operates within the Xai network, responsible for validating transactions and finalizing them across Layer 2 and Layer 1. Users currently need to acquire a Sentry License Key and undergo KYC to run a node for the Xai blockchain.

At the time of writing, the Xai team has successfully sold over 30,000 keys, each priced at nearly 2,000 USD, generating approximately 60 million USD in revenue from key sales.

In addition to the above products, the Xai team collaborates with studios to develop diverse game projects on the network, enriching the Xai ecosystem. Specifically, the supported Xai game projects include:

• Final Form: A card game developed by Ex Poplus and Xai.
• LAMOverse: An action third-person shooter game. The project is built by Ex Populus and Xai Foundation.

Xai is a layer 3 blockchain in the form of an Orbit Chain, which allows developers to freely design and adjust the structure of the Xai blockchain according to Arbitrum Rollup and Arbitrum AnyTrust. In which:

• Arbitrum Rollup: Enables the Xai blockchain to inherit security features from Arbitrum.
• Arbitrum AnyTrust: Allows users on the Xai blockchain to transact with very low gas fees.
