Trump-Linked Crypto Portfolio Unleashes Spectacular $2.4 Million Ethereum Sell-Off, Reveals Arkham Data

Cryptocurrency wallets linked to former US President Donald Trump have sold 2.4 million USD worth of Ethereum (ETH).

According to on-chain analytics firm Arkham Intelligence, cryptocurrency wallets linked to former US President Donald Trump have transferred 1,075 ETH, worth $2.4 million, to exchanges in recent weeks.

These wallets were previously identified by Arkham as belonging to Mr. Trump, based on the publicly disclosed asset declaration.

The Ethereum wallets attributed to Mr. Trump were established by Arkham based on his publicly disclosed asset declaration.Mr. Trump created these Ethereum wallets to facilitate his NFT auction activities. As reported by CoinNerd, former President Trump announced his initial NFT collection in late 2022, consisting of 45,000 NFTs priced at $99 each. According to OpenSea data, these NFTs have generated over 15,000 ETH in transaction volume ($35 million).

In April 2023, Mr. Trump released his second NFT collection, followed by a third in December, offering exclusive privileges to holders such as unique items or direct meetings with the former President.

In the past 24 hours, the price of ETH surged by 10%, reaching a new high for 2023 at $2,445.
