Google To The Rescue: Search For Your Bitcoin, Fantom, Arbitrum And More Wallet Addresses Now

By

Recently, Google expanded its capabilities to explore blockchain data across Bitcoin, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Optimism, Polygon, and Fantom networks.

Google introduces a feature enabling users to search wallet balances across Bitcoin, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Optimism, Polygon, and Fantom blockchains. Search results reveal remaining token balances and the last update time based on wallet addresses entered.

“Balances show only the native token for each network. Last updated timestamp shows balance as of last external transaction. Updates are not instantaneous,” Google noted in its search results.

Earlier this month, Google began displaying search results for wallet balances linked to Ethereum Name Service (ENS) domains. ENS provides readable domain names for Ethereum wallet addresses, like the domain name vitalik.eth associated with Ethereum creator Vitalik Buterin.

These advancements build upon Google’s initial backing for Ethereum wallet balance inquiries, initiated in May last year. Users could search for a particular public address and instantly access the wallet balance within search results.

CoinNerd’s request for additional information from Google went unanswered at the time of reporting.
